Batas Pambansa

Batas Pambansa are laws passed under the 1973 Constitution, by the Unicameral Batasang Pambansa of the Philippines under the administration of then President Ferdinand Marcos Sr.

Many of these laws either still remain in effect today, or were the important predecessors of current Philippine legal statutes.
