Letter of Implementation

Letters of Implementation are executive issuances that provided government agencies with specific instructions on how to handle the manning, implementation, and funding of government policies and projects. Although used prior to the administration of President Ferdinand Marcos Sr., these issuances gained the most use from 1972 to 1986.
