Letter of Instruction

Letters of Instruction are executive issuances, directed towards Heads and Offices of government agencies, providing government agencies guidance in the carrying out of particular tasks. Although they were used prior to the administration of then-president Ferdinand Marcos, such issuances gained the most use from 1972 to 1986.
