National Labor Relations Commission

National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) Issuances govern the procedures for labor disputes before the labor arbiter and the Commission, set policy and guidelines for claims-related issues, and administer the operation of the NLRC and its personnel. Some of the different categories under NLRC Issuances include: En banc Resolution, Administrative Orders, and Memorandum Circulars.
