Bureau of Customs

Bureau of Customs (BOC) Issuances are policy and rule-making issuances governing customs procedures, customs officers, and private individuals transacting with the Bureau. These issuances are categorized under Customs Administrative Orders (CAO), Customs Memorandum Order (CMO), Customs Memorandum Circular (CMC), and Customs Tariff Circular (CTC). These issuances are done in pursuit of the statutory mandates of the Customs Modernization and Tariff Act.
