Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Issuances govern the regulation of the employer-employee relationship, especially as to their rights and obligations to each other. DOLE Issuances aim to provide for minimum standards on labor, occupational safety, and industrial peace, as well as to help advise and resolve labor issues. Some of the different categories under DOLE Issuances include: Department Orders, Labor Advisories, Administrative Orders, Memorandum Circulars, and Joint Circulars.
