Department of Energy (DOE) Issuances regulate the exploration, production, and utilization of energy resources and energy stocks in the country. These issuances are made in the furtherance of statutory powers provided by Congress, and the policy directives of the Chief Executive. Some of the different categories under DOE Issuances include: Department Circular, Administrative Orders, and Joint Administrative Orders.
