Beato is our technical CEO — a full-stack AI engineer with deep expertise spanning frontend, backend, data systems, and machine learning. He built Anycase's AI Answer system, which passed the 2024 Philippine bar exam.
With 10+ years developing systems across San Francisco, Tokyo, Singapore and Manila, including as VP of Engineering for a search startup and Document AI technical lead at Thinking Machines, he ensures Anycase delivers reliable, accurate legal intelligence.

Before diving into legal technology with Anycase.ai, he helped build the early Growth Team at PayMongo (YC 19), enabling online payments for thousands of Filipino businesses. With 10+ years across cloud, knowledge management, fintech, and now legal technology, his mission is to establish Anycase as a generational company for the Filipino legal community.
