An act to amend act numbered twenty-seven hundred and six as by act numbered thirty hundred and seventy-five and commonwealth act numbered one hundred and eighty providing for additional expenses in the supervision and regulation of private schools, colleges and universities and for a revolving fund for the purchase and sale of textbooks to private school students, and for other purposes
