AN ACT MAKING THE MUNICIPALITY OF DAPA, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL NORTE, A SUB-PORT OF ENTRY, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF THE NECESSARY FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION OF A CUSTOMS SERVICE THEREIN.





Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The Municipality of Dapa, Province of Surigao del Norte, is hereby made a sub-port of entry under the jurisdiction of the collector of customs of Surigao, that province.

SEC. 2. For the establishment, operation and maintenance of the customs service in the Municipality of Dapa, there is hereby authorized to be appropriated fifty thousand pesos out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act, shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
